The project is expanding in 2011 to include Vocations and will focus on the hands of Religious and other vocations such as Deacons, Apologists, Married, Extraordinary Lay Eucharistic ministers, Married, and others.

Late in 2010 we visited Deacon Greg Kandra in Brooklyn as a part of the Vocations expansion. We obtained some great images of his hands, and SLG was surprised to find that a TV interview was requested. You can see this interview at this link: netny.net/currents/video/stories/these-hands-bring-me-jesus-111010/.

In addition we were featured on Deacon Kandra's blog The Deacon's Bench a short time later. The link is: blog.beliefnet.com/deaconsbench/2010/12/these-hands-bring-me-jesus.html.

This led to a mention in another blog The Narthex by George Matysek from the Archdiocese of Baltimore: reviewmatysek.wordpress.com/2010/12/06/christ-has-no-hands-but-ours/.
